The living room features central and recessed lighting, refinished oak floors, a "media cluster" of outlets, new windows, a steel door with Schlage digital lock and Door Armor reinforced jams. Central lighting installed with ceiling fan supportable boxes.
Kitchen-breakfast room AFTER
The all-new kitchen featured ample Wellborn cabinets, deep stainless sink, microwave niche and outlet, gas range with hood, electric oven, (appliances all new) recessed and central lighting.
Bath After
The bath is small but completely rebuilt and elegantly finished with ceramic sink on Ipe hardwood counter, matching chrome fixtures, subway tile with accent stripe, recessed soap niche.

Kitchen Counter upgrade
Visible in the photo is a unique, custom-built counter clad in "paint-grip" galvanized steel. The counter material is seamless, and modern but with an "industrial" attitude, perfect for busy couples or families. A new tile backsplash and a new electric range nd refrigerator/freezer completed the upgrade.
Bath repair
The foot of the bath had a charming shelf that lent itself to houseplants with the big skylight over the bath
. Over time it needed to be rebuilt. This was completed along with a new paint scheme for the whole interior.
